Faults we see all the time.
My Gazco pilot won't light or won't stay lit
This is one of the most common faults we're called out for, often a thermocouple, oxypilot or ignition lead, or sometimes just a blocked pilot assembly. It's usually a straightforward, same-visit fix once we've seen the model.
What do error codes like E1 / E2 mean?
On electronic Gazco models the flashing codes point to specific faults: ignition, flame sensing, fan or PCB issues. Send us the code and the model and we'll tell you what it's flagging and what it typically takes to put right.
Do you repair my specific model?
We work across the Gazco range: Logic HE, Riva and Riva 2, Vogue, Studio, eReflex and the stove line-up among them. If you're not sure of your model, photograph the data badge and we'll identify it for you.
How do I find my model number?
It's on the data/rating plate, usually behind or beneath the lower louvre or trim, or inside the controls flap. A clear photo of that plate is all we need to get started.
Are you Gazco trained and approved?
Yes, we're Stovax & Gazco trained and approved engineers, as well as Gas Safe registered. Because we work independently of the manufacturer's own repair queue, we can usually get your Gazco diagnosed and running again far sooner than the official route, to the same safety standards, and with genuine parts.
Is it worth repairing, or should I replace?
We'll always give you the honest answer. If a repair is the sensible call, that's what we'll quote. If the unit's beyond economical repair, we can talk you through a like-for-like or upgraded replacement, fitted and certified.
