Deal is surrounded by a cluster of small villages and hamlets, and because our base is right in the town, every one of them is genuinely local to us. They share a similar mix of housing: flint and brick cottages, old farmhouses, village houses and newer homes. Each brings its own fireplace work.
In the period cottages of Ringwould, Ripple and Sutton, and the older properties in Sholden, Great Mongeham and Northbourne, chimney, flue and hearth work for a wood burner or multi-fuel stove has to be done sympathetically and certified correctly. In the newer village homes we fit gas fires and build media walls. Whatever the property, we handle the whole job: survey, supply, installation and certification.
